Spa Environment Policy

- Please keep your phone on silent at all time and try not to take calls during services.

- Please make sure you gather all of your personal belongings before exiting our spa. We are NOT responsible for any items left in the spa.

- Unfortunately, due to the size of our salon, please do NOT bring extra people to your appointment. No children are permitted in the salon studio unless having serviced.

Nails Service Policy

- If you have specific nail designs in mind (paintings, stamps, diamonds, etc.), please inform us when booking your treatment so that we can allocate sufficient time. Please note that design work cannot be accommodated within the standard appointment time.

- We encourage all our clients to allow minimum 10-15 minutes of drying time for your regular polish manicure and pedicure services.

- We have a five days guarantee on all our gelish polish services, and one week guarantee on all our BIAB and acrylic services. If you experience any chipping within this time frame, we will do a complimentary repair. After this period, repairs will be charged depending on the treatment

Safety First

- Please be careful, the floor can be wet and slippy.

- Please inform us of any ongoing health conditions, skin or nail infections, pregnancy, epilepsy, or any other relevant health information at the time of booking. We reserve the right to refuse treatment if we believe it poses a risk to your health and safety.

Gift Voucher Policy

- Gift voucher must be presented for use to pay for services.

- All gift vouchers purchased are non refundable and valid for 5 years from date of purchase.

Cancellation Policy

- Please notify us 24 hours before your appointment if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Failure to give at least 24 hours notice or no shows will result in being charged the full price and a deposit will be required for your future appointment.

- Arriving 10 minutes or later to your scheduled appointment time may result in modified or cancelled services.

- Walk in appointments are always welcome but not guaranteed services depending on our availability. We highly recommend booking appointments in advance
